The staff at Railway Road Medical Centre are friendly and helpful. Dr Murali is a fantastic GP, super knowledgeable and no nonsense. A great practice, with most helpful allied health under one roof.
I had a really disappointing experience at this medical centre. The receptionist was quite rude for no clear reason, which made me feel unwelcome. That kind of behaviour isn’t acceptable, and it’s put me off coming back. However, Dr. Lin and murali was great, very kind, professional.
Not so good experience at reception. Staff does not take the accountability of what they say while booking the appointment and later denies and penalise customer.
Highly recommended physiotherapist (Radhika) very experienced and knowledgeable I’m grateful for everything including the lovely staff
