Best Fish and Chips I've Had in Ages! The Imbil Railway Hotel knocked it out of the park! I was absolutely blown away by the fish and chips I had for lunch. The fish was, without a doubt, the best I've had in a very long time. It was perfectly cooked—flaky, moist, and tender inside with a gorgeous, crisp skin batter.
