We recently spent 2 nights at the Condo Railway hotel/motel and enjoyed a comfortable stay, despite the fact we were in Condo for a funeral. While our room was not 5 star luxury, it was spacious, clean, well equipped (jug, toaster and microwave) and all round very good value for money. On one night of our stay we enjoyed a meal in the hotel restaurant. Both meals (a steak and Grilled barramundi) were tasty, fresh and very good value. Would I stay again? Absolutely, yes, no hesitation. Good value all round!
Clean a comfortable room in a central location
Rooms are new and comfortable however the lack of an online booking process made booking a frustrating and time consuming process. I had to submit an email enquiry, wait a couple of hours for a call back, try to work out what room I wanted based on verbal descriptions over the phone then give credit card details out (over the phone) which I hate doing. The parking lot is tight as the U shape building is so small and if busy a lot of people wouldnt be able to park outside their rooms. Ate in the pub a couple of times and the ... read more
Location very good. Comfortable beds .. pillows not so. Very clean .. no hair-dryer in my room not sure why. Welcoming staff. Attached to pub with excellent meals and service. Road noise tolerable.
