Very poor excuse for a doctors. I’m unable to use the app and have been trying to get an appointment for my 3yr old son for days. It’s disgusting. The receptionist is very rude and unhelpful
Worst place to see a doctor , there’s women’s in reception very rude. I have given them a medical check to be signed by a doctor they gave me 1 week and it has now been more than 3 months I haven’t heard from them . They ask me for cash money as well even I agree with that but still all they say is today and tomorrow. The ladies in reception are just wild and loud with any patient even with an elderly I saw her shouting at him that’s disgusting behaviour 🤮🤢
In the complete absence of any means of actually writing a message to the MMG, I am having to resort to these comments knowing that they will not get read or responded to. Let me say, I am very pro-NHS and all they do and have nothing but admiration for the dedication of staff especially during the past three years of unrelenting pressure.
