After giving 2 weeks notice by email and several voice mails , they still took a monthly payment and I have NOT received a reply by voice or email about my deposit and return payment …going on 4 weeks. I signed up for auto pay so there was never a late payment and I rented a unit for 100$ a month for 7 years. It’s recently under new management but bad customer service all the way around. This is our second time having a storage with this facility. We needed a 10 x 30 on very short notice and they were able to get us one. The units are clean and well taken care of. They have regular garage units as well as container units. The girls in the office are very courteous and easy to deal with. They are friendly on the phone and were very helpful setting up our automatic payments.
