Stay away! They changed my price after over a year of renting and never being late or causing problems. I did speak with the new owner (who has been there for 10 months now) and she gave me the option to pay the new rate or select a move out date. Doesn't seem like a fair resolution to me.. Also, thanks for not prorating the month so I paid a full months rent for less than one week! Good luck staying in business!
