It has been a very tense time for me as I was going through some hard stuff and from the time I walked into the office until I signed on the dotted line I felt welcomed and welcome attitudes from everyone, especially the head girl at the front counter. Michelle did a great job and she helped me through a lot of stuff there took care of me, drove me out to the unit. let me look at it. It was great took you back to the office. The representatives who work in the office that I have come across have been amazing. However, when I went to check out, the owner tried to charge me an extra month stating that if I didn't give a 30 day notice that I would be charged. How they get away with slipping that into the contract. I will never know! The way the owner talked to her employee( over the phone and did not know I was there.) and treated her employee right in front of me was so ridiculous and so rude, I would have quit right then and there! The owners are amazing. Super nice people. The facility is the cleanest that I've seen. The units are in great condition. the property is nice. I would highly recommend
Stay away from this place! There's a big difference between the Yelp reviews and the Google reviews here. The folks just down the road are much nicer people.
