I have always had great service when taking in any of the 4 vehicles that I have. No work is preformed without me being first being consulted. Work is done in a timely manner and completed as promised. I have taken my cars for service to Railroad Avenue Autoworks for over 15 years. I have referred family and friends to them as well with no complaints.
I took my car in because it was leaking radiator fluid and of course they found out it was a cracked radiator. They replaced the radiator and the next day i came in to pick up my car. When i picked up my car they said "oh, by the way, your car was low on oil so we charged you for an oil change, you may want to bring it back or leave it here so we can look at it."
