I needed a transmission repair -- that few shops will even consider. The work was done successfully, and when it was promised. The price was very fair and reasonable. A LOT more was done than requested -- and the cost was only a LITTLE more than the original estimate. I couldn't be more pleased. It is NOT EASY to get this quality of work and fair pricing from a car repair shop. Go here -- there's simply no good reason to go any where else in this area.

I take my reviews seriously on here and I normally don't give a straight up five star, But I can't find a reason to not give them a stellar recommendation to anyone who has an import, but more importantly has a scenario where they require specific instructions and make it harder on the mechanic a little bit. I'm new to the area and needed a safety inspection. I made an appointment which suited me, and that I preferred to the variable wait time of a drop in. I was pleasantly surprised with a charge that was half the price of what I'd been quoted by another inspection station. I like supporting a small owner led business that is friendly, efficient, and local!

Great service! They were able to get me an appointment very quick. The work was done very quickly and they identified the sounds coming from my vehicle. Very professional environment, and very professional with their customer service. I’d absolutely recommend taking your vehicle to this shop if you need work done!

V and Jeremy fixed my vehicle/2003 Buick Park Avenue with alacrity and professionalism. Railroad Auto has a single bay, so expect to need to schedule your appointment versus walk in. V offered me a professional and detailed estimate+ guarantee and worked with me on appropriate and specific parts to meet my needs and budget.
