For a railing company completing a simple task, absolutely brutal handling of installing handrails directly to the wall - no glass or custom installation included. Rails were all scratch up, installed at different heights up the stairwells causing bizarre angles, and different lengths with some ending short or extra-long as shown in images. After fighting with them, the owner finally agreed to come pull them off (and hopefully fix the drywall) and refund us but ignore our email when they were planning to do so and had to tur... read more
