Extremely disappointing experience with Railey Vacations . The original rental had serious heat/AC problems, and after multiple complaints we were moved to another property that smelled strongly of mold/mildew. One family member developed throat irritation and another had skin irritation while staying there. Communication was poor throughout the stay, and we had difficulty getting management to respond appropriately. We ultimately left early because we were uncomfortable remaining in the property.
