She is very rude and expensive.
I would not recommend this office to do your taxes. They didn't "scan" one of the documents I gave them and upon asking why my tax return was lower this year compared to last year I was told I could compare the two years at my convenience. Within two minutes of being home and looking it over I found their error. Luckily I caught it before it was filed so we didn't have to do an amendment.
