We've been here a year since selling our home and downsizing and we love it. The location is fantastic, on the Ammonoosuc and the Rail Trail. The common areas are very well kept and it's quiet. Everyone is friendly. The people running it are very nice and so is the owner/developer, Al, who is on-site.
