Super relaxing experience overall! The staff was so friendly and patient, even in the sun. Pro tip: book your tickets ahead of time to lock in your spot! It’s an easy 30-40 min bike ride each way. Definitely bring snacks. The view along the way is okay,but the rest area is beautiful and perfect for chilling out.
We called the day before our tour to reschedule our tour for 2 adults and 2 kids to be a few hours later due to rain forecast. They said any change would incur a 30% change fee. It’s very disappointing to see a company with such poor customer service.
