We had such an easy experience purchasing our sectional. Bought it on a Saturday and it was delivered the next Friday! The staff are so easy to work with and they sell quality pieces. I'll never go anywhere else!

I absolutely love their selection of furniture! I found my PERFECT couch their and after about 2 months the tufts in the couch were coming unstitched. I contacted rail creek about the problem and they told me there was a manufacturer problem during the time I bought my couch. They handled my problem so fast and it was so easy for me! They put the new couches on a shipment the very next day and I had new couch delivered right to my front room 4 days later and my old ones were taken for me. I have bought many prices of furniture from rail creek and have loved every piece ! Not to mention the are the nicest most helpful staff ! I couldn't find a tufted leather couch any where in Spokane and after sending a picture to them they not only responded immediately they ordered my couch and within 3 days had it at my house! I am beyond pleased if you are looking for quality unique furniture this is your place!
Stumbled on to this gem of a store today and fell in love! Such great pieces and so different from your average furniture store! Customer service was fabulous and I bought several pieces! I will be back again for sure!
