We had pre booked these for 4 people (2 seniors who could not pedal) thinking the bikes have motor assist but that is only at their other location. Luckily we could manage the trip since the route is not too long and only a few steep sections. The employees were helpful and supportive and were very careful of safety at railroad crossings. Overall an enjoyable experience.

so this super overpriced scam was awful...we went 2.5 miles out..which was through a section behind buildings and run down houses where junkies were yelling at us..one of them was about yo collapse. you only go on lake side gor a quick 10 15 minutes.. the cart was wobbling so bad I was dizzy for an hr after. then you turn around and go through the slums again...for 170 bucks it was an absolute ripoff. these people should be ashamed. maybe 50 bucks tops..but I still wouldn't go

It was a lot of fun! I am glad we had this unique experience. Adam, Aaron, amd Kayla were awesome, kept us safe , gave good direction and instruction. Course was flat not challenging , good for any age. It says 2 hours. You bike2.5 miles come to stop point and everyone gets out and sits on the benches next to the lake, beautiful scenery, they offer you water, there is about a 30 min break while they turn the bikes. Maybe add a clause that this is a pretty grueling trip if you're not Lance Armstrong lol I'm proudly old and not in the best shape but it's important to have very strong legs for this.
