We took the Pumpkin express train. The staff was very friendly and the train was very clean. The "scenic route" was a joke, we saw a homeless persons camp, the backside of a tire shop and some other repair shops, several car dealerships, working boat repair yard. After looking at the backside side of industrial areas we got to see about 5 mins of railside lake views, then the train reversed directions and we got to see all the businesses again. The workers were a jerk to me while trying to unload my 86 year old grandmother from a vehicle at her own house (with flashers on), because they claimed I was “obstructing their view” even though I was pulled off the road and in no way near the railway. They don’t have consideration for the community that has been present before the business opened.
Friendly and skilled staff and beautiful scenery for the ride! Like others have said, just wish it was longer. Ride was not at all difficult for a group of 4.
Awesome way to spend a couple hours along a beautiful lake. Staff really friendly. Very fun.
