Honesty, expertise and a desire to do the right thing are what I look for in a mechanic. I was near Valley Cottage for my son’s hockey game. We picked up our car from the dealer on the way to the game. When getting off the parkway I noticed a clunking in the right front axel. I am from over 2 hours away and was afraid to drive home. I pulled into Rail’s at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. They were closed. Luckily the owner Anyiro was in the office doing paperwork. I had a number and variety of services performed by Rail Auto. I love the staff. Everyone there is professional and their work performance is excellent. The costs are very reasonable and they are able to complete work that other shops are unable to do. I highly recommend them to everyone.
