In the midst of a rental crisis I would not even consider relying on this company to help find a rental. Very poor communication, didn't turn up to a booked inspection, waited 45mins for them to come after multiple phone calls. Other people left the viewing so I was the only 1 to apply with a flassles rental history plus $ waiting for bond + 2 weeks etc, then I couldnot even follow up my application.
