Where do I even start. First off they’ll give you a half rundown apartment. My carpet was very dirty, the slide door to the laundry was half off the kitchen sink was leaking, the drain to the bathroom sink was broken and with no water pressure, window blinds were not installed correctly and the tub paint was not in good shape. We have been living here since August of 2023! We recently moved out, and here’s my final review! We never had much issues besides the dog park and people not picking up their dog’s poop but the office staff always took action on it which was nice. The maintenance staff were always amazing to us and we are definitely going to miss them! They were quick with the repairs if we had any. Having two dogs, it was little to small for us especially living in a one bedroom and we needed a yard so that’s the only reason why we moved. ... read more
We moved in August of ‘24 and it has been the best apartment we have lived in. It’s genuinely so clean, and kept up with. They have people always updating things and upkeep everything amazingly. The entire staff, including maintenance, is always so so kind and responsive. From issues to even just a friendly hello, the whole team is 100% of the time present with a smile on their face. If your looking to move, this is the place! * also super affordable for a “luxury” college apartment!! * super pet friendly!
