DO NOT LEASE HERE! Half of the complex has not had hot water for months. There is mold everywhere and the pipes are close to done. Also, there are roaches and mice everywhere. This place is not safe for your kids and they are not maintained. You will move into the worst apartment you have ever seen, do not trust the apartment unit they give tours in.
