Terrible apartment complex. Managers are lazy and do not care one bit. I moved in August 13th and every day since then my apartment has smelt like weed because of my neighbors. I have called multiple times and have went into the office and I get told “do you have proof?” This is a non smoking property and yet I walk into my apartment smelling like weed every day. Awful experience since the day I moved in. Since the day I moved in the smell of weed has not left my apartment. The smell is coming through the HVAC system and the complex has not done anything about it even with multiple complaints to the office and managers. It is supposed to be a non smoking complex but it seems like that is not the case here. On top of that my car was broke in to last night, and the complex don't do anything about it. they only have "cameras for show" per them, so safety is not one of their main concern... read more
Please do your research before you lease here. My roommates AC has been out since move in (almost 2 months ago), and staff has not been a help. We have been to the office 10 times, submitted multiple maintenance requests about it, and their staff just kept telling us to wait. After multiple weeks of no response, she decided to buy her own in unit AC.
