My 72-year-old mother loves this place enough that she demanded we have her birthday party here. We all had an amazing time and really appreciated how many options they had for throwing. The staff were helpful when we needed them and were great about offering suggestions. We'll definitely be back!
I had booked a spot a few months ago, but was unable to make it, asked for a refund. For 2 adults. It was like $50 or something. They couldn’t give me a refund, but offered to send me a gift card. Mind you I don’t live in Lubbock and had to come back home due to an emergency. I still have not received anything. Called numerous times but no answer. I feel ripped off.
