Will be suing Brandyn, he is already being sued in butler county. He took a deposit from my mom and now will not return her calls. We are contacting the news, FB, and the attorney General as well.
Hasn’t shown up to finish the job. Had more than enough time to finish the job. I feel like I was over charged for how bad of a job that was done. Said he was going to fix the fence he hasn’t done that either. He said he was going to fix the deck he hasn’t done that either hasn’t cleaned up the gravel. Job was functionally complete and done to budget as quoted, however corners were cut in many places, specifically requested tasks were ignored, and the "finish" of the job was lacking (aesthetically unappealing) which will require follow-up work to correct.
