I've decided to go elsewhere. Staff there not helpful, that being Tracy. Dr Saco wanted tests done st Henry Ford. She refused to help. Said I should do at Corewell. Tried complaining to Dr but he says he has no control. Don't need a Dr. That can't control incompetent staff.
Thank you dr Saco if you see this ! You are a very kind and compassionate dr . You are very helpful and informative! You give a lot of detailed information on explaining my heart issue . You are very caring and put your heart into your job ! Not rushing through appointments. I appreciate you !
No one seems to work in this office. Trying to schedule a procedure for two days. All I get is if you left message, she'll call back. Poor customer service. Need better trading. Not just go to emergency.
Dr Saco is a wonderful Doctor and person in general. He treats my mother with nothing but kindness and ensures that all her questions are answered to the fullest extent possible. He helps explain which medication does what and when she should take them. Dr Saco always goes above and beyond when it comes to his patients and will go the extra mile to clear any doubts and to rule everything out. I cannot recommend Dr Saco enough!
I really hate to be the first person to leave a review . I am shocked nobody has yet . I have met with dr Saco a couple times . Going over the results from my echo that I recently had at a different hospital . He stated I was only born with two cusps and I may need a pig valve in the future if those two cusps get worn down . When I came back to my next apt he was talking about the velocity being off . I brought up the fact of me only having two cusps .
