I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Rai and the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. I wasn’t scared at all, and the procedure was amazingly fast. I love everything about this practice. The moment you walk in the door they make you feel welcomed. Very prompt, attentive, and professional from the front desk associates to the doctor - outstanding service and dental quality! By the way, I had a tooth extraction with some bone build up and I am glad I chose this dental team!
I have NEVER been to this office. Somehow I just received a judgement trying to deduct my wages for a $3,000 charge plus interest etc for a total of $7,000 from 2021. I have never received a single bill in the mail, call, text, email OR ANYTHING but somehow this office sold my information to collections when I never had an oral surgery prior to 2025. I have always paid my medical bills in full at time of service. I Will be contacting an attorney and most likely the BBB & news for illegal practices.
Dr Rai did a wisdom tooth extraction on me on 4/27/2026. I was very apprehensive about having this done. He did a masterful job as it turned out so I had no need to be apprehensive or nervous ahead of time. After the area was numbed, the actual extraction and closure (stitches, etc.) took less than 5 minutes. Dr. Rai and all of the oral surgery assistants were absolutely phenomenal. I had my wisdom teeth removed today, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure.
