It was quick and comfortable. My procedure went perfect!
I wouldn't say I loved it, it's the dentist. That said, Dr. Rai and his staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Rai is a skilled surgeon and communicator. His assistant for my procedure, Shay I think, as well. He called to check on my recovery progress on a Saturday! If I ever need a doctor for another "10 out of 10 difficult extraction," Dr. Rai is the one I'll call.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rai and his entire team. From start to finish, they made every step feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I was referred on Thursday, 12/18, for a consultation. After a very thorough exam, they walked me through a few options to get everything done ASAP so I could get out of pain quickly. Dr Rai and his staff did a great job removing the two problem teeth i had. The surgery experience was as good as I could have possibly hoped. The nurse was outstanding and made me feel at ease the whole time and alleviating my stress and concern, kudos to this nurse. I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Rai, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I chose to stay awake for the procedure, and to my surprise, it was completely painless and incredibly quick. I didn’t even need to take any over-the-counter Motrin or Tylenol afterward.
