Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to make sure I understood how everything would go and made sure I felt comfortable.
Dr. Rai is an extremely knowledgeable oral surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. During my consultation, he completely explained the procedure and asked me if I understood everything he showed me. His staff is very accommodating and I always feel like I am the priority when I am there. As much as I hate oral surgery, I couldn’t ask for a better surgeon or staff. We came to Dr. Rai for an emergency consult for my 86yo Mom. Thankfully, he fit us in the next morning, and on a Friday at that! Dr. Rai was very thorough and gentle, and helped us form a care plan that makes sense for us. Mom is medically complex, and we really appreciate the care he took in understanding her needs!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Rai’s office and every staff member I came across. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. If it’s possible to have a great experience having an abscessed wisdom tooth removed I had it thanks to Dr Rai and everyone in his office. They were all so kind and helpful. Very caring and took time to explain everything and answer any questions. If I need oral surgery in the future I know where to go and I will refer anyone to use this practice.
