According to the website Online clinic has been opened for like and hour but the calls does not go through and keep saying the clinic is closed. Even though its not a long weekend or weekend. This has happened multiple times in the past as well. This is really unprofessional of them! You have to update your times for calls and clinic itself on the website that we don't take calls before a certain time if that is the case!!
I had an appointment booked with Dr. Simranjit for 9:00 AM, but I wasn’t seen until 10:00 AM. Waiting an hour past my scheduled time was frustrating and inconvenient. They said doctor did not arrived yet how irresponsible is that.I hope the clinic can better manage appointment times in the future to respect patients’ schedules.
Dr. Rai has been my doctor for the past 30+ years. I am so grateful for his expertise and compassion. He is incredibly knowledgable, a straight shooter (which I appreciate), and empathetic. My daughter is also very lucky to have him as her family physician. I always leave his office feeling reassured and at ease. He has never rushed me out of his office or dismissed my concerns. My husband and I are so very thankful for him.
First of all, you get an appointment after a month and then there is a waiting time for more than an hour. Even when you call the office, they will put you on hold for more than half an hour. Receptionists are so rude. If it is a phone appointment, they will give you 4 hour block and then they will not even call you.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews — I guess some people are just miserable. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jagtar Singh Rai for 32 years, and he is truly one of the best family doctors out there. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care make me feel safe and confident under his care. The front desk staff are always polite and professional, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Rai as my family doctor. Thank you for keeping me healthy!
