Very terrible experience. This garage just steals your money but does nothing. Never trust these liars
I will never forget the day I went to get my car fixed from Rai auto service that the insurance paid for. There was a scratch and a bump on the front of my car. After repairing it, the car looked perfect when they showed it to me. However, after some time, the scratch and bump reappeared in the same spot, even though it had already been fixed. I’ve been away for a long time, but now that I’m back, I remember that I need to leave a review. Never trust them.
I happened to go to Rai Auto Collision. Each member of this team is amazing, especially the owner is very kind and benevolent person. He has huge experience on his back and fixes your damage flawlessly. I have gone there two times. He has impressed me both of the times with his work and dealing. I definitely would recommend to everyone.
First pick up there was still a bump on my bumper and they were happy to fix it. However upon picking it up and washing the vehicle it’s obvious that the color of the paint used doesn’t match that of the vehicle. Guess I’ll have to go elsewhere to have it fixed and pay for it out of my pocket.
Has been my go to place for anything I've ever needed for body work for well over 25 years. Always great work, and great service.
