I’ve always had a great experience with Rahway Auto. My husband worked for the Rahway Police Dept & they often used Rahway Auto. My husband, myself & our daughter had cars there several times over the years. I went there this week because my car got scratched I believe in a parking lot. Charlie was so rude & just yelled out a price from behind the desk. It wasn’t the price that was a problem it was how I was treated. I’m very disappointed because he was my go to guy.
Charlie, the owner of Rahway Auto Body, is an artist when it comes to car repair. He fixed my red Toyota after it was hit by an uninsured driver - and my car looks brand new, thanks to Charlie! His prices are so reasonable. Michelle, the office manager, is excellent, too. She’s so good with people - and she calls you if there are any questions or concerns! Thank you, Charlie and Michelle, for giving me the VIP Treatment!
