I need to cancel an appointment and I have been calling for 3 days using 3 separate numbers given by Kidney Associates and no one ever answers the phone. I will be finding another doctor. The hour wait time at every appointment was frustrating enough but not having a phone call answered at any of the numbers they provide is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
