They are very unhelpful. They never sent a statement of bill or called and could not provide one when I asked for it. They sent to collections because they did not file a claim on time with my insurance. This place is a scam. Even the collections agency talked about how we all say the same thing about this company. Take your time and go anywhere else.
Found out my account was sent to collections after 2and a half hours of calling trying to determine who billed me 10.00 without notifying me. We take the time to provide all means of contact only to be told a bill was sent once (never received it) and then account sent to collections for 10 dollars, ridiculous. If I wouldn’t or couldn’t pay it, why would I spend my valuable time trying to one figure out who this amount belonged to because every one else was paid. Never received a bill. They sent it straight to collections.
I had the US done at the Eastside medical center in sept 2022. I received the bill from south Gwinnett radiology in OCTOBER 2022. I forgot to pay the bill. It was a small amount I could have paid it as it was in small amount . I was not even told during the exam that I will be receiving bill from them otherwise I would have looked for it .
