Found out my account was sent to collections after 2and a half hours of calling trying to determine who billed me 10.00 without notifying me. We take the time to provide all means of contact only to be told a bill was sent once (never received it) and then account sent to collections for 10 dollars, ridiculous. If I wouldn’t or couldn’t pay it, why would I spend my valuable time trying to one figure out who this amount belonged to because every one else was paid. I had the US done at the Eastside medical center in sept 2022. I received the bill from south Gwinnett radiology in OCTOBER 2022. I forgot to pay the bill. It was a small amount I could have paid it as it was in small amount . I was not even told during the exam that I will be receiving bill from them otherwise I would have looked for it . They sent it to collection agency . I came to know with the email otherwise I would not have known at all and I paid it today .
