Exquisite care by this fantastic doctor who saved my husband’s life. Kind and competent.
As you can see from other reviews, the back office billing here is atrocious and frankly borderline fraudulent. I went to an appointment with Dr. Aggarwal and decided to leave as the nurse was being very unprofessional. I was then charged for an EKG despite never even seeing the doctor. I spoke with the practice manager two weeks ago who said she would fix it by adjusting my bill to zero. A claim should have never even been filed. What happened? She ended up ghosting me. Dr. Aggarwal treated me with kindness and professionalism. However, I am giving a 1 star because he is not managing his billing department properly. I have been charged more times for the service I already paid on the same day of service 1/10/2025. In April and May I received several invoices to which a .79 cents was added to the original amount, which I said, I had already paid. I spoke with the billing dept.
