They canceled my appointment! Would love to give this doctor anything better than a 1 star but frankly he doesn't even deserve that! He came highly recommended by my naturopathic doctor, but after I waited over a month, with appointment set for September, he had someone at Bloomington call me to reschedule with either an NP or another doctor and informed me that I'm not allowed to see him and that no one is allowed to set any appointments for Dr. Friend even though he still works there. Have to wait 48 hours to speak with someone to make an appointment Then once they finally return your call There is a 6 month wait to be seen This is inexcusable As for the physician I wouldn’t know if he’s a good doctor , had to go somewhere else due to urgency He obviously needs to hire physicians assistants and nurse practitioners or another doctor to aid with humans that need care
He is an Angel from above.. Absolutely love Dr.Friend and all of the staff.. Best care anyone could ask for.GOD Bless you all and Thank you for living a better life. They made it happen. Upmost respect..🫡
