This review is for the ER. being a 70 yo woman I knew they would make me wait. I’m now going on 12 hours in the er hallway. About an hour ago I finally got a pillow. I am the only one still here from early this morning. I’m supposedly I was adminted but told they don’t know when a room will be available. Can not get anyone to even get me water. Excellent therapist and care.
My son had a shoulder replacement that failed. The CT scan showed 2 cm movement in his shoulder tuberosity and he's in incredible pain. We went to the Northwest ER in Oro Valley twice and got nothing but a pain shot and a blood test that showed no infection. We went to the ER by the Tucson Premium Outlets Mall hoping for a better result. I wish I could say something more positive but unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this hospital. I am an 84 year women with stability issues. I was admitted to the hospital for 8 days. I was left in a chair for 8 days and continuously asked for someone to walk me daily so I did not get atrophy and everyday someone said they would get someone to walk me and everyday no one came. I took my spouse to Northwest Hospital yesterday. He recently had surgery at Banner Hospital. We had questions regarding emptying the tubes in his body and staff at Banner said to go to Northwest for assistance. Marcia Lunsford was exceptional. She was caring, compassionate, and professional. In fact, Marcia was one of the best nurses we have experienced over St. Mry's, Banner University, and TMC. It is a great feeling to have staff here in my community who is so dedicated and caring.
No one should go to this place for nursing care my mother was moved from there hospital to nursing care the Dr advised for PT while her infection was clearing up, she has dementia and is unable to walk she was there for 5 days no shower to PT and when we said something all of a sudden, she was being discharged no lab work showing the infection was gone the nurse on the floor is rude and unhelpful someone that unhappy should find another line of work as the public should not have this type of care when there loved one is sick... read more

I normally don't write reviews but based on the care and service I received I felt I would be amiss if I didn't. Last week I went into emergency and was later admitted to IMCU due to some complications. I found the emergency staff pleasant, thorough, attentive and very professional. Nancy, Melissa, Brook and Dr onsite made me feel assured I was in right place during this very stressful experience.
