In Spring of 2019, the Doctor Pervaiz performed an Upper GI procedure on my wife. He took a biopsy of my wife for she was bleeding internally, which he provided picture to me . We have asked numerous times for the results, but he can not provide them nor did he forward them to our PCP who ordered it to begin with.
