This broker left us a negative review on CD simply because we couldn’t accommodate their request to pick up inoperable vehicles after 4 PM, when no forklifts are available at the Manheim auction. They provided incorrect information, yet we canceled the load within 10 minutes and gave them a 5-star review, only to receive a 1-star in return. Considering their own history of poor reviews, we should have taken this into account. We will not work with this company again.
