We had a backup in the basement bathroom, intended to go through insurance. But when the insurance sent Rahal, guy showed up with no camera which we requested. Was here maybe an hour at best, when we decided not to go through insurance and went to square up with Rahal the charge was $760.when I called to challenge the cost I had to talk to Tyler he really didn’t care about anything I had to say. The exact same problem happened again in two months, this time we went with O’Neil plumbing who brought a camera and fixed our issu... read more

This company worked at my house through an insurance claim. They were called back to look at a work that they previously had done (dishwasher /sink), I had to ask them to look at a leak right below the work they've done (basement) per the rebuilt contractors advice - I told Rahall that this could be related given that it is right under the sink they worked on.
