We had a backup in the basement bathroom, intended to go through insurance. But when the insurance sent Rahal, guy showed up with no camera which we requested. Was here maybe an hour at best, when we decided not to go through insurance and went to square up with Rahal the charge was $760.when I called to challenge the cost I had to talk to Tyler he really didn’t care about anything I had to say. This is a second edit to 2 previous reviews First review was 1 star 2nd review was 5 after owner had dealt with the issue. 3rd review- This is now 2 years down the road. We had a leak in the master bathroom. Called in a different plumbing company. This plumber mentions that Rahall did not set the toilet correctly in the wax ring causing the leak. Just recently took on a new position here - owners and staff are wonderful!
We needed camera work done for a home sewer backup in Athabasca county. Rahall findings was a grade issue but not a blockage. Quote for repairs was $8500 to $13500. Obviously they didn't want to deal with us as the quote wasn't really a quote. I had a 2nd opinion from another local plumbing contractor who found a blockage in our pipe and cleared it.
