1 star I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rahall Mechanical, particularly the complete lack of communication. I purchased my home on May 26, 2026, with a condition of the sale that the jacuzzi tub would be repaired. I was advised by the seller that Rahall Mechanical had already been contracted to complete the repair and that the necessary part had been ordered. We live in Parkland County and have used Rahall several times. Very professional and great communication. They replaced our furnace and installed a new air conditioner 8 years ago. My furnace broke down during a cold snap this year and Sam came out within 45min, and went above and beyond to fix it. I have also used them for an above garage suite/shop fire insurance claim, and they were excellent (big thank you to Scott). Both private and insurance rates are very reasonable and would highly recommend this company.
