The guys at Rahal Ducati Cleveland are nothing short of elite at their jobs. Each team member I dealt with from the Manager, service tech to delivery treated me and my bike like it was the only one they were working on. They instantly “knew” me and my expectations and delivered accordingly. They were all very accessible and understanding of what I wanted and to the degree in which I wanted it. I highly recommend bringing your bike here for service or better yet, purchasing your new Ducati here. Well done guys 👍
