I’ve read the reviews before I went to this place and was discouraged with what I read! Almost didn’t go! But once I got there and began the process to see the doctor I was amazed! The staff was kind and very friendly! The doctor was amazing! She actually cared about me and my situation! She was very thorough! She even smiled for those that says she doesn’t smile or needs to smile! She even laughed a little! If you are needing help managing your chronic pain I highly recommend this place! They never answer the phone Even when you have to get in touch with them because they don't send in PAs prior authorization for Medicaid bad place to go
I’ve had no choice but to seek pain management due to multiple medical conditions. I’ve never been to a doctor that is so adamant about injections and not even tell you what she’s injecting in you! I ended up in the hospital twice due to said injections and couldn’t even tell the doctors what I was injected with nor what procedure was even preformed on me!! I was under her care for several years and not once seen her smile!!! Terrible bedside manner and I finally decided to drive 2 hours one way to get the actual care I need... read more
