I have been going to Raha for about 5 years now. I usually get deep tissue massages with Adrianna which I really need. Today I had a 2-hour reflexology massage with Ramona for the first time and that was the most relaxing experience I've had so far. I'd go again!
Lovely experience. Adrianna was very respectful and made sure the pressure during the massage wasn't too much for me. I got the 2 hour service which was very relaxing Adriana did a very good job working on spots that I said there were problem areas for me. Adriana also offers $15 extra treatment with aromatherapy and has some extra tools to use if you ask for the addin. I did want to try it out and it definitely helped me feel more relaxed and helped clear the air ways.

I was referred by my awesome chiropractor to Ramona Allen’s wonderful Reflexology center in a beautiful 1700s historic home In Downtown Gorham.The environment was so Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. Had my first massage with Adrianna and was very happy! She took sometime to talk with me before hand about certain problem areas and asked what we needed to focus on and came up with a plan. She's very knowledgeable and I even left with some at home stretchs that she took the extra time to show me. I will be back and spreading the good word around.
