This surgery is not fit for purpose, I wouldn't call it a surgery. You'll be lucky to get an appointment. They always redirect patients to an online econsult form even for patients with accessibility issues. Recently, every time I try to use econsult, I'm told that they are NOT taking appointments. If you are lucky enough to get an "appointment" they'll tell you that the doctor will call you at anytime between 9am to 3pm - very practical to answer the phone at any given time. ABSOLUTELY NO STARS FOR THE SERVICE. I returned the GP’s call immediately — literally seconds after finishing a work-related call during standard working hours. Despite this, the receptionist spoke to me in an unprofessional, accusatory tone, demanding to know why I hadn’t answered instantly when they rang. Asked a doctor for a fit to fly note to get on a plane during pregnancy. I had to pay I think £35-50 for in cash. The doctor wrote on the Fit To Fly Note that I was 6 months pregnant when I was only 5 months pregnant . She also put my ethnicity as mixed race when I am clearly dark skinned.
