Chris was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and was able to get a temporary fix to make the house tolerable in the current heatwave and provided a few options for permanent solutions as well as pros and cons of each. Very valuable employee in my opinion. Working with a design engineer to arrange for the solution that best fits my needs.

Technian did a very good job. The problem was it was difficult to contact him. I had to call Ragasdale so they could contact him. Other than that he explained everything well and did a very good service!

I’m thankful that Ragsdale was able to assist me with diagnosing the problem with my air conditioning unit. Mason Cook, the technician informed me of the problem and talked me through the solution. He helped to give me peace of mind going forward.
