My air went out this morning. I called ragsdale to have a tech come out and find out why. I just spent $4500 4 months ago to bring my 12 year old system back up to speed. The tech texted me and I didn't respond to the text for 50 minutes. When I called to respond to the text they said that my appointment had been canceled and I would have to reschedule for another day. They said the tech didn't know if I would be home or not. We had our maintenance done today and I have to say we are extremely please . Our technician, Vincent, was very professional and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and made sure we knew the price of the filter, that needed to be replaced, before proceeding. Vincent was also polite and friendly. We have been with Ragsdale for over 20 years and feel we have received good service from them.
