The electrician came out for a breaker issue. He quickly realized that we were getting to much power from the transformer and told me to call Carroll EMC. He completed all necessary repairs. The EMC came out also, and checked the transformer and realized it was bad, and replaced the transformer.
Nicholas, my technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and seamless. Nicholas made sure my service was working and provided helpful home owner tips for maintaining unit. Thanks again for a great experience Nicholas!
My AC went out yesterday and Ragsdale had someone out by noon today. Dylan listened to my problem, accessed it and quickly resolved it. He kept me informed, took the time to explain the issue and my options. He even showed me before and after pics for the part replaced. Great asset to the company! Bonus: He was nice to my two small attention loving dogs!
