We hired the Ragsdales for a renovation project to design and project manage the construction of two rooms and a polebarn. Throughout the process they were extremely slow and required a lot of follow-up to get any response. We terminated them after the design was completed (7 months after we hired them), and went with a new contractor. We used the Ragsdale's design and found errors on their behalf that required us to change the design.
