Ragole did a beautiful job with the roof, but unfortunately they decided to cover up a hole which was supposed to vent the furnace exhaust. I applaud how quickly they sent someone out to fix the mistake, but it still feels bad to have to pay for something that should have been done right the first time around. Edit: I enjoy the complete lack of accountability, as well as the sleight against my character by claiming I was just trying to get out of paying for the second service. I have used Ragole Construction twice on two separate houses. First and foremost the professional approach taken to evaluate and inspect our roofs I found superior to the others I spoke with. Ragole Construction has a clear understanding of the best practices as they relate not only to the material being used, but also with the proper construction assembly of roofs to prevent ice-damming, and water infiltration. Ragole construction replaced our roof after extensive storm damage had been done. They were supportive and responsive throughout the process. We were very pleased at the speed they were able to patch, and subsequently replace our roof and helped us navigate the insurance process. I would highly recommend their services!
