Made an order on a 2025 toyota 4 runner roof rack, when the package arrived it was for a 2024 toyota tacoma, immediately went back to check the order and there was an order number but no further details, clicked on the order details and again just a number but no details of the actual order, I had to pay $160 dollars in shipping to send it back and then they charger me $314.99 for restocking, there custom service was vague and difficult at best. Bad quality of product, roof rack side rails are not a solid piece from back to front, instead 4 pieces that will attach with some bolts usianf cross members, creating a possible fracture or break point down the road, the front valance came with some scratches and the back end of the roof rack is almost impossible to secure! Garbage quality control and design. This is the 2nd Rago product I’ve bought and the 2nd one I’ve been terribly disappointed in. You can even see in the installation video how crooked the rear support is after tightening down. Rago said ‘good enough let’s ship it’ apparently. I’d rather buy parts out of China than this garbage…
If I could give 0 start I would, I’m having the worst experience with them , 0 customer service No one cares what your problem is I’ve been calling them for few days to get my correct order that they send me the wrong one charged me extra and apparently who put my order together was one of the managers , Now it’s been days waiting and still no news of my order , no refund, and now they just hanging up and management are always in meetings and not bothered to call back , so disappointing
So I lost a part and i reached out. 100% willing to pay for the replacement of the part. They tried to ask for the last name and first name and the person ordered. It was a relative that is no longer living. They could not locate the order. So I asked again, not looking for something free asking for the replacement part and if I could just order it, they told me no that I would have to order the whole item all over again and that item goes for like 300+ dollars when I don’t need everything
