Made an order on a 2025 toyota 4 runner roof rack, when the package arrived it was for a 2024 toyota tacoma, immediately went back to check the order and there was an order number but no further details, clicked on the order details and again just a number but no details of the actual order, I had to pay $160 dollars in shipping to send it back and then they charger me $314.99 for restocking, there custom service was vague and difficult at best. Bad quality of product, roof rack side rails are not a solid piece from back to front, instead 4 pieces that will attach with some bolts usianf cross members, creating a possible fracture or break point down the road, the front valance came with some scratches and the back end of the roof rack is almost impossible to secure! When contacted customer services after several emails and phone calls, finally the Manager Nikki called back and said that without proof of damage package it was a user error for assembly. Garbage quality control and design. This is the 2nd Rago product I’ve bought and the 2nd one I’ve been terribly disappointed in. You can even see in the installation video how crooked the rear support is after tightening down. Rago said ‘good enough let’s ship it’ apparently. I’d rather buy parts out of China than this garbage…
If I could give 0 start I would, I’m having the worst experience with them , 0 customer service No one cares what your problem is I’ve been calling them for few days to get my correct order that they send me the wrong one charged me extra and apparently who put my order together was one of the managers , Now it’s been days waiting and still no news of my order , no refund, and now they just hanging up and management are always in meetings and not bothered to call back , so disappointing
