This alittle late but , done Intentionally. To give a proper review. In late September of 2024, Ragland Diagnostics was suggested to me by a mechanic . That let me know the issue was not in his skill set , due to lack of not having the equipment. After setting up a time,with Ragland Diagnostics. To drop of my vehicle it was explained , that due to him being the only Diagnostic tech and mechanic . It was a first come first serve basis, understandable. Had our truck to the Ford dealership three times for the same reason. After $5k in repairs with them the issue came back. Brian actually reviewed the computer issues and diagnosed the real problem. Great service.
