From beginning to end this process was smooth. Bobby answered all of my questions, of which there were plenty. From the concrete crew (Mantle), to the crew that built the building, everything was top notch, with very personable crew members. Very pleased with my decision to select Ragland.
If I could give this company less than 1 star I greatly would. Worked there for a week. In that week I noticed how unprofessional, and disrespectful they are to their employees. They don’t pay worth anything for the actual physical labor aspect of the job, the overall quality of the job, is trash. I worked for FBI buildings for 1.5 years and compared to Ragland they’re phenomenal. This place is a disgrace to pole barns. Honestly. Ragland built 2 buildings for me, in 2018 and 1 for my son in law. All 3 had roof leaks and my buildings continue to leak. They attempted to repair one building, one time and have not looked at the other. One building roof has over a dozen screw heads with silicone sealer smeared over them, which was done during construction, when the crew improperly installed them.
