Thrilled and delighted to finally find a really great team of doctors in Ballarat. Raglan Street Clinic is a cut above the rest of the medical clinics I've visited. Their staff are ultra professional, caring and efficient. I've been seen by two GP's there, Michael Veal and Madeeha Hafeez and both were excellent, thorough and empathetic. I followed Dr. Clarke to this clinic and it is probably the best practice I've been to. All the staff are lovely, the receptionists are caring and helpful, I love having chats with Miranda when I'm there for an appointment. Dr. Clarke is such a great doctor, listens and I have a great rapport with him which makes the anxiety of going to a doctor go away If you are looking for a new doctor I would highly recommend going to Raglan St Clinic

The new team at raglan st clinic is AMAZING!! So helpful, friendly, supportive... I could go on. Even the pathology clinic in here is the best I have come across in a long time. Very highly recommend
I followed along here because Dr Ed Clarke moved here. I've been with him now over a year now and he's just so good as a doctor. He listens, really listens, he's truly compassionate and I'm comfortable in his space. The staff on reception are just lovely, always greeted with a smile and bright hello. By far the best team in Ballarat or anywhere I've ever been. Top notch!
