I have been going to this car wash for a long time. The price for the basic wash is good and makes it possible to visit regularly. The past few times my car (and I see also others) comes out very soapy and the film it leaves is difficult to remove, even after wiping down numerous times with water. Can't get the stuff off the rear window. They need to figure out what is going wrong and sort it out. Pretty please. Want to continue to be a regular customer!!
