I've been a member for about a year now and the service and quality have dropped significantly over the past few months. My last 3-4 visits, the attendant did no brushing of surfaces that sometimes get missed due to the vehicle shape. There was no or very little soap on at least two visits. Also, the last visit I asked to have the wheels sprayed or brushed because they also have not been getting cleaned for some reason when they were before. I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. First, the vacuum barely worked and had very weak suction, which made it almost useless. When in the car wash there was barely any soap used. What made it worse was the customer service. While I was simply looking at my options, an employee came up and asked if I needed help. I politely said I was just browsing, but instead of giving me space, he rudely tapped on the screen and acted as if I didn’t understand how to use it.
