Chef Rossi and her incredible crew did an INCREDIBLE job with our wedding two years ago. My wife and I look back so fondly on our special day and, without fail, we go on and on about the food. Chef Rossi is the best of the best! Her food is fun, creative and absolutely delicious! She takes the time to listen to your vision of your event and executes it perfectly! Everything she made was perfect! I cannot give her and her team enough praise!
I've worked for Raging Skillet for many years and I am always impressed by how generous Chef Rossi is to the staff. She always makes sure we have a staff meal before the event begins. She takes great care to make sure there are Gluten Free options for those of us who need it as well as Vegetarian and Vegan options. We LOVED The Raging Skillet. Chef Rossi and Charmaine are incredibly kind, funny, and creative. They put together a Floating Supper and Grazing Table for our 145 guests that kept everyone full and excited. Our guests loved our cocktail hour's bacon and peanut butter sandwiches, bbq pork on a ritz, sweet potato latkes, to name a few.
