Sarah is the most amazing coach ever and I attribute all my health and fitness success to her everyone is so welcoming and supportive of all fitness levels. So come try it out and have fun!
Ragin has been my home for the better half of a year now. I am a college student that works 30 hours a week during the semester. I wouldn’t give my time or money anywhere else. These people really feel like my second family.
Best gym in Acadiana! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every workout is challenging, fun, and well organized, and the members create a positive, motivating atmosphere that pushes you to be your best. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to reach their fitness goals!
I love my crossfit class. Not only do I feel good after a workout, but I feel good about doing things that I never thought I was capable of. It keeps me strong to take care of my yard all by myself. You make good friends too. Try it you'll like it.
