The receptionist at the front desk is inefficient and rude. My appointment was at 8 am, and when I reached at sharp 7:55 am, I was told that the appointment was at 10 am and not at 8 am. Though I was sure that the appointment was at 8 am, since it was a holiday for me, I left and came back at 10 am. After I was taken inside the doctor’s office, the nurse confessed that she changed my appointment from 8 am to 10 am since it was double booked at 8 am. Visit to Dr. Raghunath Bandri’s office for my 3 months medical check up went on time as scheduled. Dr. Bandri listened to my issues and answered my concerns. Went through my medical tests reports and gave me the advices and ordered tests to be done in the next 3 months. Placed orders for my refills with the pharmacy. The nurse administered the flu shot and the front office made my next appointment. All these were accomplished in less than half hour very efficiently. I am happy with the Corewell Health system.

My October 3, 2025 Followup visit with Dr. R. Bandri was ontime and ended 15 minutes later. The waiting room was empty when I arrived at 1:55, taken to the exam room at 2:00 and scheduled my 2026 Medicare wellness visit and back in my car at 2:15pm. A very efficient and effective doctor visit.
