I've had issues with dismissive doctors in the past, Dr. Raghav Aggarwal has addressed all my concerns and has been very kind to me. Highly recommend!
I had made an appointment for a physical with this doctor. 24 hours before my appointment. They called to tell me that the appointment slot is already taken. I had already confirmed the appointment and requested the time off of work. I told them as much, and they had little regard for that. Incredibly dismissive. I saw Dr. Aggarwal for a recurrent problem, and in addition to offering no solutions, I felt like he didn't listen to a word I said. I was frustrated, and I expressed that to him, and he got very defensive, and continued to make me feel like the problem for even seeking help in the first place. This attitude is why people don't go to the doctor - there are ways he could have conveyed all the same information and treatment plan that didn't leave me feeling dismissed, gaslit, and like he didn't care. They take a very long time in helping you, when calling to make an appointment there is a wait time. I’ve waited an hour to be called back in my place in line only to make an appointment. When I was finally called back they sent me to a different employee only to be told I need to make an appointment first to be checked by dr aggarwal ( which is what I was trying to do this whole time) only to have to call and start the process all over again. Run from this office. The Doctor is nice but cant keep anything straight and the office or answering staff are both horrible to deal with. They are incompetent. They have messed up my medications numerous times.
